Overview
What Real-Time Wallboard does
Real-Time Wallboard reads live operational metrics through the connector layer and presents them in displays you design: which queues are breaching, how many agents are available, and what the day looks like against target.
Displays are built per audience — the floor sees one thing, the operations director sees another, and a BPO client can be given a view restricted to their own campaigns.
- Configurable dashboards
- Threshold alerts
- Multi-screen display
Key Benefits
Why operations adopt it
Faster reaction
Supervisors see a service level breaking while there is still time to act on it.
Shared awareness
The whole floor works from the same numbers instead of individual reports.
Audience-specific views
Build separate displays for agents, supervisors, directors and clients.
Runs on the screens you already have
Any browser on a wall display, a spare laptop or a tablet. No dedicated appliance and no player software to license and maintain.
Capabilities
Capabilities
Configured by your own administrators — not hard-coded into the application.
Drag-and-drop layouts
Compose displays from tiles, charts, tables and tickers on a flexible grid.
Live metric feed
Queue, agent and campaign metrics refreshed continuously through connectors.
Threshold alerting
Colour, motion and sound rules when a metric crosses a configured limit.
Kiosk mode
Full-screen rotation across multiple displays without an operator.
Tenant-restricted views
Give each client or department a display limited to their own data.
Responsive delivery
The same display adapts to a wall screen, a laptop or a tablet.
Derived metrics
Combine values from the connector into your own calculations — occupancy, coverage gap, pace against target — without waiting for a release.
Connection resilience
If a connector drops, displays keep the last known values and mark them as stale rather than going blank in front of the floor.
Use Cases
Where it is used
Floor management
Keep queue health and agent availability visible to everyone on shift.
Remote and hybrid teams
Give home-based agents and supervisors the same operational picture.
Client-facing displays
Give a BPO client a display limited to their own campaigns — safe to leave running on a screen in a shared or visited space.

Architecture
How it is built
This application runs as a multi-tenant SaaS product with its own data isolation, role model and API. It can operate entirely on its own, or exchange data with your existing systems through the connector layer.
Multi-tenant isolation
Each customer operates inside an isolated organisational environment. Data, users, configuration and reporting are scoped to a tenant at the application layer.
Role-based access control
Permissions are granted by role, and roles are scoped to the tenant, team and function that requires them.
API authentication and scoping
Integrations authenticate with issued credentials limited to specific endpoints and data, and can be revoked independently.
