How RingLyft handles personal data collected through this website, and how we handle customer data inside the applications we operate.

This document is a working draft prepared for the launch of this website. It must be reviewed by qualified legal counsel in each jurisdiction where RingLyft operates before it is relied upon.
What this policy covers
This policy covers ringlyft.com. It does not cover data your organisation processes inside a RingLyft application — for that data your organisation is the controller and RingLyft acts on its instructions under a separate agreement.
What we collect on this website
We collect only what you send us through a form on this site:
- Your name, business email address and, if you provide them, phone, company, job title and country.
- The product or solution you indicated interest in, and any message you wrote.
- Your language preference, stored in your browser so the site opens in the language you chose.
- The page you submitted the form from, so we know what you were reading.
Limiting automated abuse
To stop automated submissions we keep a salted, irreversible hash of the network address a form was sent from, for 24 hours. The address itself is never written to our records, the hash cannot be turned back into an address, and it is stored separately from your enquiry.
Why we use it
To reply to your request and to prepare a relevant conversation. We do not sell personal data, we do not add you to a marketing sequence you did not ask for, and we do not share your details with third parties for their own purposes.
How long we keep it
Enquiry records are retained while the commercial conversation is active and for a reasonable period afterwards. You can ask us to delete them at any time.
Your choices
Write to us and we will act on any of the following:
- Ask what we hold about you.
- Ask us to correct it.
- Ask us to delete it.
- Ask us to stop contacting you.
