Overview

What Campaign Manager does

Campaign Manager governs the outbound side of the operation: which contacts are loaded, how often they may be attempted, at what hours, on which channel, and what happened on each attempt.

It is designed to drive the dialling platform you already run through the connector layer, rather than replace it.

  • Contact list management
  • Retry & contact rules
  • Campaign analytics

Key Benefits

Why operations adopt it

01

Rules you can defend

Contact frequency, calling windows and do-not-contact lists enforced by the system.

02

Lists that stay clean

Deduplication, validation and suppression applied at load time.

03

Results that reconcile

Attempts, contacts, outcomes and conversions reported from the same dataset.

Capabilities

Capabilities

Configured by your own administrators — not hard-coded into the application.

01

List import and validation

Load from file or API with field mapping, deduplication and format checks.

02

Contact strategy

Attempts per contact, interval between retries, and outcome-based next steps.

03

Calling windows

Time-zone-aware contact hours per campaign, region and contact type.

04

Suppression lists

Do-not-contact registries applied globally or per campaign.

Drive your existing dialling platform instead of replacing it.

06

Campaign analytics

Penetration, contact rate, outcome mix and agent productivity per campaign.

Use Cases

Where it is used

Collections operations

Apply strict attempt limits and calling windows while keeping a complete attempt history.

Proactive service notifications

Run outbound notification campaigns with suppression and frequency control.

Integrations

Connects with

Integration availability is confirmed for your environment before any commitment is made.

REST API Available

Every application exposes a documented REST API for reading and writing its own data.

Webhooks Available

Subscribe to events and receive signed outbound calls when something changes.

SFTP & File Exchange Available

Scheduled import and export of structured files for systems without an API.

SMS Gateway Planned

Outbound notifications and surveys through an SMS provider.

Architecture

How it is built

This application runs as a multi-tenant SaaS product with its own data isolation, role model and API. It can operate entirely on its own, or exchange data with your existing systems through the connector layer.

Multi-tenant isolation

Each customer operates inside an isolated organisational environment. Data, users, configuration and reporting are scoped to a tenant at the application layer.

Role-based access control

Permissions are granted by role, and roles are scoped to the tenant, team and function that requires them.

API authentication and scoping

Integrations authenticate with issued credentials limited to specific endpoints and data, and can be revoked independently.
